I think the previous question refers to the dots on the Nutritional Information side of the can. I think it just means what colors were used during the creation of the can, courtesy of "Ball"

I'm having a super hard time finding this, hope you can help. For the Iconic Summer promo, the prizes for Dew pretty much suck. Can Dew codes be used to get Pepsi prizes, or are we stuck with the junk they have on the Dew side? I'm not country, I'm not into camping / fishing / hunting etc. The Pepsi side has a lot more things with broader appeal, things like bags of various designs, cameras, beach things. Why the difference in prizes? Makes me sad, and not want to play. :(

Well, anon, I’m not sure why the prizes are so vastly different. I was much more interested in the Dew Prizes, before every last good one was emptied. I have not yet attempted to enter a Dew Code for a Pepsi Prize, nor vise-versa, though I have been told that it can work that way. Don’t take my word for it, but its worth a shot!

I’ve got a bottle right in front of me, and the ingredient simply list “sugar” rather than high-fructose corn syrup, which is what most standard Mountain Dew uses as a sweetener. The only other Mountain Dew to list “sugar” like this is Throwback.

In fact, the ingredients on both the glass bottle and Throwback are identical. So yes, I suppose the glass bottles of Mountain Dew do contain the Throwback formula. Hope this was helpful!

I really find this "Iconic Summer" promotion really pointless, I know it's to win prizes and all, but why run this promotion that doesn't have any new flavors? My belief is that Pepsi Co. is just beating around the bush, they know fans want another DEWmocracy and Back by Popular DEWmand, yet they make promotions like these? don't you see how inconsiderate they're being?

I read through the terms and conditions of the Iconic Summer promotion and I can assure you that nowhere does it say PepsiCo has decided to do this instead of new/returning flavors.

Your mindset is one I encounter often when dealing with my fellow DEW Labs members - so many people upset simply because the company isn’t doing what they want them to right then and there. Believe me, my favorite promotions were DEWmocracy and Back by Popular DEWmand as well, but I can’t expect them to roll out a new flavor every time one’s promotion ends.

Furthermore, I hardly look at a promotion that rewards exclusive DEW gear to the fans who participate as “pointless” or “being inconsiderate. Inconsiderate is a fan who doesn’t appreciate everything the company has been doing and complains wanting more.
